No Additional Costs
Whenever I advertise a speaker fee or provide a quotation there are no hidden or additional costs. The advertised or quoted rates always include travel, lodging, transportation, and hospitality for events scheduled more than 90 days in advance of the first travel day. I automatically include an ‘easy-paperwork’ discount for audiences who do not withhold taxes or other regulatory obligations.
Promotional Rates
Hiring me guarantees you will receive the highest level of fee integrity possible. I promise not to raise a fee just because ‘you can afford it.’ I promise to deliver the same results and experiences to every audience, every time, without unnecessary ad hoc fee adjustments. Each calendar year I accept up to five promotional bookings which involve a reduced fee or no fee in exchange for an opportunity to update marketing materials or test-run new material.
Travel, Meals, And Overnight Accommodations
I do not separately charge or bill for travel, meals, or lodging. My speaker fee assumes arrival one day in advance and departure one day following the scheduled event. Discounts are available for bookings that require reduced travel.
Timeliness
Fees remain subject to change until a complete booking agreement and any applicable deposits have been received. For bookings with less than 90 days advance notice I reserve the opportunity to add a transportation surcharge.
